IT’S TIME FOR BABY PICTURES!

Dear Eighth Grade Students, Parents, and Guardians,

           

            As we start putting our yearbook together, it is time to send in pictures of your 8^th grader as a darling baby or toddler. Please find those pictures, choose ONE, and send it to me ELECTRONICALLY at krluebbert@philasd.org.  Thank you for helping to make our yearbook great. All pictures must be submitted by Monday, April 13^th, 2015.

Dear Parents & Guardians of Eighth Graders,

Below is an estimate of the anticipated costs for Closing Exercises and 8^th grade activities. Please read carefully and sign the notation about non-refundable deposits at the bottom.

PROPOSED CLOSING EXERCISES & EIGHTH GRADE ACTIVITY COSTS

8^th Grade trip to Baltimore--proposed for May 20^th):                      $75.00

    ****$20.00 deposit due March 2, 2015

Yearbook (approximate cost—to be determined):                            $15.00

Gown for closing exercises (no caps):                                                      $20.00

Class Luncheon:                                                                                                 $20.00

*****If fundraisers are successful, we will reduce the cost of the gown and the luncheon accordingly.

Because reservations must be made and paid for ahead of time, we will be UNABLE to refund any amount paid if a student is unable to participate in an activity because of poor behavior or absenteeism or any other reason.
